We met on TAGGED - after several detours and misses. Built a rapport. Forged a bond. Messages sent back and forth late into the wee hours - just friendly, at times silly messages; that made us laugh at each other's ability and willingness to be so un-grown up :)
It was natural then to meet....and we met. Only to discover that we studied at the same uni, have mutual friends; the reminiscing was a helluva fun! So much so we forgot the time...we actually spent 6 hours yakking the night away; a packet of ciggies each - gone. No awkwardness present at all!
If we had met those decades ago, exchanged smiles, small talk and sipped ice lemon tea together, this would have been a meeting of old friends......Then again, we feel like we're now "old friends" eventhough we've only met once :)
Such is TAGGED. Sometimes it works.......
